Paper Forms

If you prefer to file the traditional way, we're able to help you obtain paper forms at the Garnet A. Wilson Public Library!

Many of the most common forms are available at the Main Branch in Waverly, but we've also provided some links here that you can access from anywhere you have internet access.

Note: Due to last minute changes in the tax tables, the instructions for the 1040 and 1040A are not yet available at the library. We expect them to arrive sometime before the end of January. The instructions can still be accessed online, in the meantime.

Many other federal forms can be printed on demand at the library, at the low cost of 10 cents/page. Some forms, like the 1099 and many other forms for businesses, must be ordered by calling the IRS at 1-800-TAX-FORM (1-800-829-3676). This number can be used to obtain tax forms by U.S. Mail.

You can also print forms from the IRS website at http://www.irs.gov. Individual assistance with tax questions can be obtained by dialing 1-800-829-1040.
