The Friends of the Pike County Public Libraries have again partnered with local recreational attractions to offer rewards to all participating readers. All branches of the Garnet A. Wilson Public Library of Pike County will hold Summer Reading Programs for children, teens, and adults.

This year's children's theme is "Dream Big, Read!" (for children in pre-school through 8th grade). The teen theme is "Own the Night" (for young adults ages 13 to 17). The adult theme is "Between the Covers" (for ages 18 and older).

The Summer Reading Program will run eight weeks, beginning Monday, June 4th and ending Saturday, July 28th.
